The brand-new look of Boots at Meadowhall Sheffield is finally here. For over 135 years boots has sought to bring the best of health and beauty to Sheffield and now it has officially opened its new format store here. Meadowhall Sheffield has been chosen as one of the Boots flagship stores. It is also the first outside of London to open its doors on their new format store.
New Beauty at Boots
I feel that new beauty should come first, this is my blog after all and we all know my deep passion for all things beauty and skincare. Beauty and boots has been transformed welcoming some well known and loved brands to boots. Sheffield will be the home to over 300 exciting brands such as Fenty Beauty, Urban Decay and Too Faced. There are also new skincare additions such as Ole Henriksen, Skyn Iceland and Balance Me. The new store also includes a Josh Wood Colour consultation station, face mask bar and magic mirrors which allows the customers to experiment with different lighting before making their purchases.
New Health and Wellness at Boots Meadowhall
Sheffield is now the home to the largest Boots wellness range outside of London. Featuring 25 new brands including Beauty Kitchen and Equi London. Boots will also now be offering sustainable toiletries, eco-friendly sanitary products and CBD products. The Sheffield flagship store will also feature the ‘innovation studio’ which will be home to new cutting-edge fitness technology from brands such as FitBit.
The traditional pharmacy that Boots was originally most known for has also been updated into a more warm and welcoming environment making it easier to access healthcare. There is now a FREE online NHS repeat prescription service, free UTI testing and treatment and skin scanning service allowing pharmacists to prescribe antibiotics and treat health conditions without the need to see a doctor.
Environmentally Friendly
You can now refill your water bottles in store at the re-hydration station. there will no longer be single use plastic bags available, and they have instead been replaced with more environmentally friendly unbleached paper bags. Saving approximately 800 tonnes of plastic each year from Meadowhall and the other 52 Boots stores nationwide.
