Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer Review

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer Review

Following on from the Armani foundation post, I thought I would share more reviews of products I have been using consistently over the past year. The Nars radiant creamy concealer is one I have been reaching for time and time again. This in my opinion is my current no.1 concealer.

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer

This is the no.1 selling concealer in America. Loved by makeup artists and beauty lovers alike. The finish of this concealer is matte however it is definitely brightening. The formula is really creamy and is easily blended out with a medium fluffy brush. Using this brush gives a more flawless and crease-less finish.

Creamy Concealer coverage and Shade Range.

This concealer features 22 shades which is good shade range, but again like the Armani Luminous Silk Foundation, the light shades are far more catered for than dark. The lightest shade is very light and would still have a brightening effect even for the palest of skin tones.

The Nars Radiant creamy concealer has a really bright but lightweight formula. I would describe the fomula as light to medium buildable coverage. I don’t think it is cakey no matter how much you apply; but it will not fully cover bad dark circles as it is a more medium coverage.

My Shade and Testing

My shade is the 3rd lightest creme-brulee. Which is a light and neutral coloured shade.

Before – with only foundation
After

As you can see from my before and after pictures this concealer is really brightening and has a beautiful airbrushed effect when applied with either a medium blending brush or a beauty blender. Applying this with your fingers results in a more lightweight and streaked application. The formula feels weightless on the skin and is really reasonably priced at £24.
