This review has been a long time coming. This cream lived in my stash for quite some time before I decided now is the time to open it. This is an expensive night cream. I opened this a couple of months before getting married. I thought, if I cant splash out on my skin before the biggest day of my life when can I? About the Lucia Magnani Rejuvenating Night Cream?
This night cream is described as extraordinary. I have dry skin myself and this product is aimed at us dry skin people. For someone who was suffering from fairly severe dry skin, I would definitely describe it as transformative.
The Lucia Magnani night cream has a perfect combination of hydration, oil balancing, exfoliation and antioxidant properties. This perfecting night cream is designed to gently exfoliate while sleeping with its AHA and BHA ingredients. If you want to learn more about AHAs and BHA’s you can read about those here . Its unique formula also contains lipids for oil balancing, and antioxidants such as Q10, Vitamin E and Vitamin C.
My opinions on the Night Cream
I did mention in the intro that this is an expensive night cream. But the Lucia Magnani Rejuvenating Night Cream will set you back £225 for 50ml. Now I am going to caveat that however with, I have enjoyed using this cream daily. I do wake up looking fresh faced and my skin feeling nourished. My dryness is also minimised significantly using this cream.
Do you need this cream? Short answer, Not if you can’t afford it. However, if you are looking for a rich indulgent cream which is medium weight but thick in consistency. Plus you have a little bit of cash to treat yourself, then this Lucia Magnani dream cream is for you! Although the cream starts thick, it melts into a balm like texture when massaged in and is genuinely such a beautiful cream.
Usually at this point I would compare this cream to something similar of a different price point. However I have not tried a cream quite like this one before. It is similar in weight as the Elemis Pro Collagen Marine cream but not in its results.
