Bee-friendly skincare brand that teaches us to bee-good

British bee-keeping couple, Simon and Caroline are at the very heart of bee-good. A Hampshire based beauty brand harnessing what nature has to offer. Together the couple keep bees and launched a range of beauty products using the excess bees wax and honey. Bee-good originally made their first skincare products in their kitchen using centuries old recipes to create what is now a multi-award winning cleanser and lip balm.

I was ever so kindly gifted a bottle of the cleanser and the white chocolate and raspberry lip balm. Now they source their honey and beeswax from other responsibly sourced British bee farms.

The Bee-good 2 in 1 cleanser

One of the major wins for this skincare brand is that they have all natural ingredient in their products. Thus eliminating as many skin irritants as possible. This 2 in 1 cream cleanser is buttery and gorgeous. This cleanser comes boxed with a single cotton cloth (think liz earle hot cloth).

Use this cleanser for the perfect double cleanse! The natural oils within the cleanser help lift and remove makeup with ease. The honey and propolis help rebalance and hydrate the skin. There are no added fragrances but the scent of the cleanser is fabulous. It feels like a truly luxurious cleanser and it is super affordable.

A full size 100ml tube is only £11.50.

Raspberry and White Chocolate Lip Balm

Bee-Good currently have 3 different Lip Balm scents, I was gifted this delicious raspberry and white chocolate one. The scent is truly addictive and it even tastes nice, (well obviously I was going to try, it is on my lips anyway). This Lip balm is lightweight and non greasy I really love it. It is really affordable and just £4.75 and you can get an even better deal if you buy it as a set.

I would 110% re-purchase these products, I am already contemplating the lip balm sets as gifts.

If you like a cleanser with naturally sourced ingredients you might also like the Elemis pro-collagen cleansing balm.

Caring for the Bees

Bee-Good love to have UK sourced, natural products from UK bee farms. They like their ingredients to be responsibly sourced too.

They support local bee farms in their development and they add a little extra to your parcel that I really loved. Inside my delivery was a little seed ball to encourage the growth of flowering plants in your garden that encourage bees and pollination. I planted mine as soon as it arrived, I love the idea and I will be sure to update you on what grows from my seed ball next year.
