Turtle Bay is known for its vibrant atmosphere, Caribbean food and summer inspired cocktails. This punchy restaurant is now open here in Sheffield.
Yesterday, Sunday 3rd June the Sheffield branch opened its doors to the public. The 172 guest restaurant following a £800K investment has brought 50+ jobs along with the spicy jerk food and sweet punchy cocktails to Sheffield’s already vibrant city centre.
Launch Party Invite
I found myself fortunate enough to get myself on the guest list to the Launch party. On Thursday local bloggers, influencers and more were invited to taste the new Caribbean and soul flavours. Which have recently been brought to our home town, Sheffield.
The atmosphere is buzzing, the drinks are flowing the live music is playing. I couldn’t pick fault with this new family friendly restaurant.
Food and drinks
Their menu features dishes for vegetarians, vegans and gluten intolerant. Now with the addition of a new burger menu, there is something for everyone to eat at this relaxed, fun restaurant. It truly feels like you’ve brought the sunshine indoors.
Happy hour runs from opening – 7pm then again at 10pm – close. This is a place not to be overlooked by rum and cocktail lovers alike. During happy hour the cocktails are 2-4-1. The bar boasts over 40 different rums to choose from, if you love a tipple, turtle bay is definitely for you.
