Want to achieve glamorous bouncy, soft curls? Of course you do! When I was bought these as a gift my first thought was that heated rollers are so old school and out of fashion. But the good news is, that soft bouncy curls are very much in fashion and suit everyone. The Babyliss heated curl pods are a sure fire way to gorgeous, quick and flawless curls.
The Babyliss Curl Pods
The curl pods come in a plastic casing with a carry handle. The machine comes with 18 pods. 6 come in a storage pouch, and the other 12 are held in the heated case.
The machine takes around 5 minutes to get to full temperature. However, I usually leave it to heat up while I blow dry my hair.
How to Use the Curl Pods
The pods are super easy to use you just roll your hair around the barrel of the roller and clip them shut. They stay held in place and you can leave them in your hair for approximately 30 minutes or until cooled. After this time the curls should have formed.
I usually put on my make up and get dressed while the rollers are still in to ensure they have fully cooled.
Ensuring your hair is cool is the key. As you may well know, if your hair is still warm when you take the rollers out; the curls are less likely to last.
