I love a lovely perfume to spritz in the morning. Who doesn’t! But I always think it is difficult to find one you really like. I love a floral, fruity and sweet scent when I buy a fragrance. So if you love those type of fragrances keep reading, you will need to add these to your collection.
1. Miss Dior – Absolutely Blooming.
This has got to be my number one favourite fragrance and probably the most expensive in my collection. So if you’re on a tight budget, skip to the next one.
This fragrance is floral with the scent of roses and peonies keeping up to its name. It has a sweetness from the top notes of berries and a underlying musk scent. This is the perfect date night fragrance. It costs £70.20 for 50ml and you can buy it here.
Absolutely blooming wears reasonably well, it is strong scented when you initially spritz it but by lunchtime you cant really smell it anymore which is a bit of a shame due to the price.
2. Dior – J’adore Eau De Parfum
J’adore was my first ever fragrance love. I originally had a bottle of this bought for me by my parents a couple of years ago I have since had more bottles, but this perfume wears well, it stays on you all day and is truly delicious.
The bottle is beautiful with such a feminine curved bottle, doesn’t it photograph well? Sorry enough wittering on! J’adore is also a beautifully floral and sweet scent with notes of bergamot and jasmine. J’adore also costs £70.20 for 50ml and you can buy it here.
3. YSL – Black Opium The New Glowing Eau De Toilette
The black opium eau de parfum original is a true best selling fragrance. It has been really popular. Some of you wont have tried this one. The glowing is more citrus and fruity than the original which has more vanilla scent. The coffee scent is less strong in this version. If you’re like me, and love a fruity, sweet and floral scent you need to go out and try this. This will almost certainly end up on your must have list.
The bottle is very similar to the original but is slightly more see through and pink in colour; but very pretty all the same. The only down side is that this doesn’t come in an eau de parfum version. Black Opium the glowing eau de toilette is £55.80 for 50ml.
4. Paco Rabanne – Olympea Eau De Parfum
Paco Rabanne has got to be the ultimate fragrance God, almost all of the men’s and women’s fragrances are near the top of my favourites list. This one is no different. The bottle looks and the name are very alligned with Grecian gods and goddesses. I love the bottle but the smell is even better.
This fragrance is filled with vanilla, and (yes once again) floral and citrus scents with hints of jasmine. This is the perfect everyday fragrance, the price is good and it looks super pretty on your dresser. Olympea is £54.50 for 50ml. You can buy it here.
5. Burberry – Touch Women Eau De Parfum
This is an oldie but a goodie. I am a big fan of this fragrance, it is super affordable and is a great every day scent. This fragrance doesn’t wear amazingly well but it great fora dinner date or a night on the town.
Burberry touch is fruity with hints of peach and orange and blackcurrant but it has a lot more of a woody scent than the above fragrances. This one is £37.00 for 100ml. I couldn’t find this fragrance in the 50ml probably because it’s an old scent but its great for a gift or yourself equally.
